Founded in 2004 by the Guillemot brothers, AMA is a sister company to Ubisoft, Gameloft, Guillemot Corporation and Longtail Studios.

The company has a production studio in Bucharest and operational offices in Romania, U.K., U.S. & China. More than 250 employees are working within AMA creating applications that are distributed in more than 40 countries around the world.
