UBISOFT® REVEALS UNCAGED EXCLUSIVELY FOR KINECT™ FOR Xbox 360

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - August 17, 2010 - Today, Ubisoft® announced a new fighting game, Uncaged that will be available exclusively worldwide for Kinect™ on Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft in November 2010. Developed by AMA Studios, a renowned Belgian game development team, Uncaged delivers players the excitement of real fighting competitions, in addition to teaching players mixed martial arts techniques.

“Uncaged is the first motion fighting game for Kinect dedicated to a core audience where the player is the controller” said Adam Novickas, U.S. director of marketing of Ubisoft. “This title provides an opportunity for players to get out of their seat to engage in a controller free full-body combat game and experience the authentic fighting styles of mixed martial arts, Muy Thai and boxing in general.”

Leveraging the Kinect technology, Uncaged delivers players an immersive total-body combat experience. Players will be able to create over 50 different strikes inspired by free fight combat and compete in 20 different fighting environments such as rooftops, dark alleys, gritty city docks, waterfalls with other dynamic elements. Included are diverse opponents with individual unique fighting styles, devastating combos with voice-activated taunting, opportunities to upgrade your character by unlocking new skills and a tag-team multiplayer feature to take your enemies down.

Shaun White wins the Olympic gold medal in Men's halfpipe competition!

After a gold medal in the X-Games one month ago, Shaun White won his 2nd Gold medal last night at Vancouver Winter Olympics!

With a remarkable score of 46.8 he finished ahead of Finland's Peetu Piiroinen and Scott Lago of the United States.

The snowboarding star proved again his undoubted talent on snow ! Congratulations Shaun!

AMA Participation at Nokia Mobile Application Summit

AMA participated in the Nokia Mobile Application Summit 2007 which took place in Beijing, on the 22^nd and 23^rd of May, as one of the PRO application developers. During this event, AMA presented its innovative applications within the games section of the Application Showcase.

The Nokia Mobile Application Summit is Forum Nokia's bi-annual customer event, where international top PRO application developers are brought together with customers in the Asia Pacific region. This year the Summit's theme was "Discover Innovation", and the estimated number of participants was over 200 people. The event included a session of Conference, Summit Application Showcase and One-to-one meetings.

AMA's products were presented during the Summit Conference and the innovation they bring in the lifestyle & entertainment genre was welcomed with interest and enthusiasm by all those present.
