You are responsible for all deliverables relating to trade marketing
support. You will be working within the Marketing Support
Team
and reporting locally to the Team Manager, and remotely to the VP of Sales, and
individual Sales Managers & Directors in the Sales Team.
Job requirements:
• Excellent computer skills ‐ Windows, MS Office
applications (Word, Powerpoint, Project).
• Project planning proven abilities
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
French and German are considered a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive, active
attitude
• Strong organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in sales or account management is a
plus
• Experience in Marketing is preferable
• Ability to work in a very dynamic environment
and to meet tight deadlines
Main Responsibilities:
• Identifying opportunities for marketing AMA’s
titles through existing and new sales channels
• Clarifying plans for developing the
opportunities into projects and actions with clear objectives and deliverables
within
a designated budget.
• Compiling all product and category
presentations adjusted to each Client’s channel(s) needs
• Working closely with the Product Marketing
Executive to support the presentations and cover certain aspects of
the
deliverables.
• Identifying resources to execute the tasks
with the Team Manager, you will be held accountable for the respect
of
both schedules and agreed quality.
